Mas de la Caçadora is a 20 Acre vineyard and winery located in the village of Els Guiamets in the Priorat region in Spain and under the Montsant Applation of origin. Joan Pujades, the winemaker and vineyard manager, has a broad experience in the wine industry which can be traced back generations. The grapes are grown using eco-friendly methods on free standing untrelissed old vines.
We start with premium winery quality, environmentally sensitive grapes, sourced directly at the farm in top micro climates.

Did you ever fantasize with having your own barrel of wine? Well it needs not be a dream anymore. At winemaker's vintage you can age your wine in a french oak barrel for as long as it takes to reach its full potential.
Normally a wine aged in a barrel will not spend any less than 8 months in the cellar, as this is as long as it takes for the oak of the barrel to fully integrate into a wine. However, many of the best reserves in the world spend as long as 36 months in the barrel. It all comes down to the winemaker’s desicion as to when the wine is ready.

We source actual winery quality grapes; no kits, no added water.
We aim to make the highest quality wines and believe that quality starts with the raw materials; so we turn away from kits and use real winery quality grapes instead. We source our grapes from environmentally conscious farms in Niagara, Spain and Chile.

Fermentations are tested daily to ensure their proper evolution. We watch over and guide your fermentation to its full potential, until its ready for you to bottle it.
We provide everything you need: The finest ingredients, the courteous winemaking guidance of our in-house oenologist (winemaker), and a state-of-the art boutique winery facility.
Participate in the process as much or as little as you like. You can even press your own grapes!
We use the same winemaking techniques as the most renown wineries in the world.
Whether you want vanity labels with your own "Brand", or you would like your own wedding labels, or special thank you labels to gift your wine to customers, we have you covered.
We have a labeling line that allows us to print any design you send in high quality gloss or matte label stock and apply them to the bottles with professional precision. Make your wine look just how you want it!
Under the St. David's Bench appelation, he grows eco-friendly Pinot Noir grapes to the pinnacle of quality. Luckily he agreed to let go of some of his grapes to our benefit.

We strive for the winemaking practices that will yield the best tasting wines. Reds are fermented in contact with their skins for maximum extraction of tannins, colour (anthocyanins) and aromatic and flavour precursor compounds.
Fermentations are carried out in Real French Oak fermenters to maximize micro-oxigenation, increase stability of colours and enhance aromatic and flavour compounds. Premium french oak chip additions are made during and after fermentation to increase bouquet, mouthfeel and aging potential.

Andrew Sullivan's best kept secret is the 2 acre farm located in Niagara.
Nestled in the andes mountains is the ancient grape growing region of the colchagua valley, where our grapes are grown using organic methods in high altitude (over 1000mts above sea level). The steep mountain faces are perfect to allow cold air to roll down and encourage air flow among the vines. This in turn help reduce the risk of bacterial activity on the grapes.
